​Assistant Product Manager (Non-technical)

Responsibilities 
  • General support for the project manager:

    • Conducts market research, in consideration with existing product categories

    • Assists with the design of workflow, designation of personnel, and coordinating strategies

    • Creates and maintain timeline, communications, goals, and progress of the product

    • Evaluates and monitors project progress and collects regular project feedback

    • Lead all phases of the product development and provide support for any ad-hoc projects

  • Design workflow 

    • Understanding product requests, designs operational workflow for products that could accommodate various functional teams, tracks, analyzes, reports, and forecasts project shortfalls and metrics

  • Research and data analysis

    • Understanding business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences

    • Performing data analysis and visualization based on research, and create presentations and reports to teams

  • Communications: 
    • Helping gather, analyze and communicate requirements and changes to business procedures and policies with relevant stakeholders to make sure that the project objectives are achieved 

Requirements 
  • A bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5

  • A fast learner

  • Experience in or basic knowledge of project management and strategy

  • Experience with or interest in working with a multicultural team that’s spread out across various time zones

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, and ability to work multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 

  • Familiar with Microsoft suite

  • Exceptional communication skills and social awareness 

  • Self-motivated, well organized, and strong analytical skills to make difficult decisions 

  • Love to collaborate and don't view any task as "too small"

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required 

  • Anticipated start date: Immediate
